Sensor repair didn't work

My blue pad wasn't working. I ordered the sensor and just replaced it and nothing has changed. The pad is still not working.

I repaired it just like the instructions suggest, stripped the wires, soldered them together (black to black, red to colored (blue)), but still nothing.

Sorry your repair did not work out for you lets see if we can help at all.

Have you tried unplugging one of the working pads and plugging that into where the blue one plugs in to check the circuit board is still OK?

Could you post a picture of your repair to see if we can spot anything there that might be causing the problem?

Get back with these and we will be able to tell you how to proceed.
