Wireless Guitar looses connection

I have a Guitar Hero III ps3 guitar (Les paul wireless ?)
Recently it stopped connecting to the receiver in a stable faction: it connects for some moments, then the lights flashes, then connects, then lights flashes again and so on.
I've tested everyting, even tried a GH WT receiver but getting the same simptoms.

Opened the guitar and verified every soldering points.
It seems that the problem really comes from the main circuit board.

Questions:
a) Does someone knows where to get the circuit board ?
b) Is there a way of converting the wireless guitar into a wired guitar ?

We do not have these parts at the moment and unfortunatly we know no way of converting the guitars either but hopefully someone who is a PS3 owner will be able to help you further with your connections problems!

Any PS3 gurus out there to come to this guys rescue?

i have a verry big problem and i think its something like you guys have.

my ps3 guitar for warriors of rock(its with a usb connector) cant connect to my ps3 anymore

but when i put in bateries it wil flash red lights always 24 hours,non stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and when i empty bateries and put back in,it just starts automatically flashing again non-stop


but it wont connect to my ps3

i have tried to contact support of activision by calling them and they said i have to fill in an a-mail which can send me a new guitar,but it can take 15 days and maube they wont do it cuz i have lost serial number and i only have it 3 weeks my game
